No data is lost when doing a Side-By-Side migration.

The ZSD v24.1 documentation/videos above outlines and demonstrates in detail the process to successfully migrate from one older appliance to the new appliance.

yes, i have seen the documentation and the videos, but the updates come not, not over zypper up and not over the console!
May be we must install the new appliance and lose all datas...

i had see the OES24.1.tar.xz on my customer center, but there is no readme or installation advice!

The same is for ZSD24.1, there is a servicedesk-prereq-24.1.0.noarch.rpm file, also new appliance, but no advice how to upgrade a zsd23.4-server
