Currently, we can have 99.0 + 0.0 supposedly equalling 100.0% but due to some interesting rounding coding is really rounded to 99 and 0.
Either fix the code to match the current display precision, or drop the .0 in the display until the code can be fixed. Just don't show a false precision.
