Retain and error EA10 in GroupWise

In some way this error has a long history I think (Compare to error EA1D!)

I use Retain 4.10.1.1 and GroupWise 18.3 and newer. However if I start a search in my GroupWise client including the external archive I will receive error EA10 and of course there is no search result. Unfortunately I see this issue in several environments.

Anyone else?

    Hi Diethmar,

    I am not finding anything on this error however I do know that you have a case open.  I have checked with Georg and he's going to work with your customer to set up a remote session this week.

    A little bit strange, Pam.

    I had already a session with Georg (last week). Immediately after upgrading another customer. As far as I can see any customer will have this issue after upgrade - or only my customers Thinking
