This article describes how to make changes to IDC Docker for OES permanent

Environment

Open Enterprise Server (OES) 24.4

Situation

By default Identity Console (IDC) Containers (Docker) for Open Enterprise Server is recreated each time the service is restarted, which overwrites any configuration changes made.

This may be unwanted, if you want to make any changes to the configuration like enabling contextless login.
