gw 24.3 new installation gwadmin not starting

Good morning,

i have a SLES 15.3 new installation and want to install GW24.3

The installation of the GW server runs through without error. But when I try to run the configuration it cannot start the gwadmin service.

When I try to start it manually, I get this output:

Is that a known problem? would be grateful for some hints.
