groupwise admin console show agents down when using FQDN instead of IP address, rcgrwise status shows up but GW does not work

I would install gwweb at a customers site. As it seams gwweb does not like using IP addresses. So I entered the fqdn names instead of IP addresses.

DNS is working but URLs have wrong certificates. Is the a way to regenerate gw certificates

I know there are some problem with with own certificates signed by an own CA and that GW use its own certificate system

The customer GW system ist a least ten years old and upgraded and upgraded till 24.2 now and will be upgraded to 24.4 this afternoon

what will be the best way to correct this
