GW14 to GW24

BM2EC

Have to upgrade my GW ...

Just now it runs GW2014/SLES12. Is there a way to install an new host GW24.4/SLES15 into this old environment and move the DOM&PO?

    After running a number of move GW systems to new boxes in the late GW 18.x era, I wrote up my steps for moving GW to new hosts

    and as said previously, do the OS and the app as separate steps. Yes, that might take an intermediate step or two to achieve that.

    The biggest issues I've seen in moving is the certs and IP addressing. Where having the application(s) on separate IPs (like in clustering) helps make the moves so much easier.   Certs need to be to the FQDM of the application.
