GroupWise Rule to allow only External mail but with the exception of two internal email addresses.

Hello, I have use this rule in the past for certain accounts in our system:

But I wanted to know if there a way to use this rule for external mail only but allow certain internal mail to be delivered as well.  As of now, only External mail is being delivered to this resource but all internal mail going to the trash as designed.  We want to allow one or two internal mail accounts to be delivered as well.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

    Ok.  I tired that but the internal still keeps going to the trash.

    Of course this isn't the real internal email address but I have the conditions "From"  "Matches" test@test.com "End"

    Does the internal email address need to be in single quotations 'test@test.com' or double quotations "test@test.com"?

    Also, do I need to put this rule on top first before internet rule line?
