Check your time zone settings! (especially CET)

Question

A customer complains about wrong day saving information in GW mails. I have checked post office and GWIA time zones. Both show the correct settings. 
 Therefore I checked the general time zones (System, Time Zones). 
 
 CET uses a wrong month to change daylight settings. September instead of October. 
 Maybe you check your environment too!

This is an issue we know and some time ago was discussed with development, this is only seen with domain databases created with an older version of GW, we believe 2014 or before as there were less TZ records (51) then in the current DB's when they get created (84) 
 The main issue is that the code has a list and the DB has a list but in the DB's with the old records these two dont match and you see the strange behaviour. 
 As we understood from development only when the initial primary domain database is created the TZ records are added and there is not a gwcheck option or other way do correct these meaning adding/replacing the old with the new records 
 So we have 3 options: 
 1) Create a custom record that has the correct info and use this on all domains and PO's 
 2) Open a case and we need to do a manual fix with the tools we have, this is remove all old TZ records and import the ones that are created like in a new system 
 3) This one might or might not work, you can set the right values and save it however we have seen different results for this
