Unable to reset password when "Enable Password Complexity Checking for Local and External Users" is activated

We have recently updated our Filr for version 5.0.0.1.

The setting "Enable Password Complexity Checking for Local and External Users" has always been activated. But after the update to version 5, external users are no longer able to reset their password. The dialog falsely claims that the new password contains the username or the e-mail adresse (I don't have the exact english message as we are using danish as default locale).

New external users are perfectly able to set a password, that complies with the rules for complexity, when registrering for the system.

When deactivating the "Enable Password Complexity...." existing users are perfectly able to reset passwords. 

Is this a known error ?
