DP upgrade from 10.60 to 24.4

Hi All,

I am trying to upgrade to DP 24.4 from 10.60. Followed below Upgrade process.

DP 10.60 to 11.01

DP 11.01 to 24.4

CM Windows 2012 R2

Integrations used File library and Oracle.

All the upgrades were successful but unable to launch 24.4 home page and getting below error.
