Unified Software Development Kit (SDK) for DP - where to download

Dear All,

Please advise where we could get Unified Software Development Kit (SDK) software for DP 24.2?

I'm not seeing it as a part of DP installation package. In the Development Guide there is a link to GitHub

but it has only templates but not SDK itself as far as I can see.

Thank you!

Apologies if this is confusing. Maybe I can send a note to R&D and the documentation team to reword this in the future. However, there's no SDK to download indeed. We just have implemented a Unified agent which can be used to integrate applications for which Data Protector doesn't provide built-in support.

Although I am an OpenText employee, I am speaking for myself and not for OpenText.

    Hello Koen,

Thank you a lot for replaying!

We need to backup Apache Cassandra 4.x and 5.x with OT Data Protector.

We believed that this could be done using DP Unified Agent + plugin, created using the Unified Agent Developer Kit (SDK).

Is there any way how to do it with no SDK? Are you aware about any plans  to make SDK available, in future may be?

    Thank you!
