User Option - Edit Fields - To disable Title History drop-down list which is used for the Predictive Titling function on records

Disabling the predictive title in the Edit Fields does not remove the history drop-down in the title field.

Users have noted:

- With the history drop-down it is too easy sometimes to change the title inadvertently by either clicking the down arrow or mouse wheel button

while on the title field and it then changes the title to a title from the history.

- Users sometimes need to QA, review/validate titles users add to records, often via copy/paste, which sometimes includes hard returns. Before upgrading to

CM 23.4 from HPE CM 9.2 the process was to use the down-arrow in the title field to review, clean-up, modify titles to remove hard returns, etc. as since these

were left in the title is interfered with reporting.

Now if the user uses the down-arrow it changes the title from the history, which could cause an issue.  Since

cancel is not always an option, if the user has to update another field, they may not notice they inadvertently changed the title possibly.

Have provided user with a workaround keystroke to review the title, but this does not remove or mitigate the fact that they may change the title and not notice.
