As a record coordinator I should be able to update the owner of the record without "Modify Record Access" privilege.

CM Workflow - Increase Character limit on Action Title

With the 23.4 upgrade, workflows were embedded into Content Manager.

We have observed that there is a character limit on the Action Title, and users have limited visibility to view the full Action Title.

This limitation affects our ability to see the complete action title.

We would appreciate it if the character limit could be increased to enhance usability and user confidence.
