  • Excel not pulling through data when editing via CM10

    Hi One of my team members is unable to edit in Excel via CM10. Whenever they want to edit a record, the Excel spreadsheet is blank even though you can see the information when you view the record. All the plugins seem to be working OK. Any advice?

    Hi Strider - Thanks for your input - this didnt work for me: while in custom ribbon edit mode and right or left -clicking on the icon - no changes are allowed - could you please attach a screen shot (of what you're seeing) to your reply - thanks
