When dragging and dropping email from Outlook to either the webclient or thick client in 23.4.100, the emails are registered, even if they are duplicates (same hash).  The system setting to prevent duplicate emails is enabled. 

When dropping into the webclient, the emails are given different hashes and are saved more than once.  The setting to prevent duplicate hash is not enabled.  Is there something that's canceling these out? 

On occasion, when dropping multiple emails into the webclient, the user is given a "An error occurred when uploading your file" message, but the log file says "This email has already been registered as a record... "  At other times, the user is given the correct "This email has already been registered as record..." message.
