Unable to download Marketplace

I've followed the instructions listed to access login to Marketplace, however when I select the download link to download the Autopass License Sserver (https://www.microfocus.com/marketplace/itom/content/autopass-license-server), a message pops up stating 'Your Download Has Begun', which isn't true. After about 3 minutes, a '504 Gateway Time-out' message is displayed.

Please assist with fixing this issue as the application is required in order to run Operations Orchestration.
