Hi Marketplace users,

  For 2021, we updated our Marketplace user and developer terms.  As a result, we need to ask our existing users to accept the updated Marketplace terms and conditions before their next download.

  We tested this update but unfortunately some users are having an issue where they cannot accept the updated terms and are being blocked from download.

  We have fixed the issue for some users who have reported this early, but need to deploy a fix to resolve the issue for everyone.  We are in the process of doing this immediately.  However, if you are impacted and cannot wait for the fix, send me private message with your Access Manager "username" or "email" and we will manually update your account so that you can download without issue.
