Update rulepacks failed! Error

I am installing Fortify on a standalone Laptop without internet connectivity. I am receiving the error "Update rulepacks failed!" after the software has been installed. Please let me know how I can fix this issue.

    Hi,

      Is this a question about a Fortify app available on the Fortify marketplace?  If so, please use the "contact us" link on the page to get more help.  If you are having difficulty, please provide more details and which app.
