Do I need any license to download ArcMC

We have bought some smart connector and logger licenses. Do I need to buy something to get access to ArcMC. When I try to download ArcMC, it doesn't work.

    It depends on what ArcSight model you are on. 

    If you are on the Standard Edition and/or the ADP model, you will be entitled to ArcMC.  There will be a separate entitlement available (license) on the Software entitlement portal for the ArcMC. 

    Moving to the Standard edition model is free if you are active on support.  Please reach out to your renewal rep to do the part number changes on the renewal so you can get a working license key.
