How can I change the app support tier from "OpenText Community" to "OpenText Supported"?

If an app is published by OpenText, it will be either "OpenText Supported" or "OpenText Community" for the support tier setting:

To change this to show "OpenText Supported":

  1. Login as a Marketplace admin
  2. Navigate to the app details page
  3. Click "View Published" in the upper right (only available to admins)
  4. Scroll down and toggle the "OpenText Support Content" checkbox
  5. Save
