Unable to login to UCMDB with a new user created in UCMDB local client

Environment

UCMDB 24.2, containerized

Situation

A new user has been created in UCMDB local client.
But this new user is unable to login to the UCMDB local client or UCMDB web-UI

Cause

In a containerized environment Organizations, groups, users, and authentication configurations are managed in IdM.
