When running uCMDB configuarion wizard, the error "ORA-28000: The account is locked" appears in UCMDB UI.

Environment

uCMDB 2022.11

Situation

When running uCMDB configuarion wizard, the error appears "ORA-28000: The account is locked" in UCMDB UI.

Error in the log "ORA-28000: The account is locked".
