Hi!

How can we retain a history of a CI and its relationships after it is deleted through the aging process?

I am using UCMDB and SMAX integrated thrrough NativeSACM.

The most recent version, 24.4, if I remember it correctly (registering this in 12-11-2024).

We need to keep some form of historic registry of the CIs and its relationships.
In requests as an example.

It is not possible for us to just lose all the information when the CI is deleted.

How to keep such historic records?
