Hi Experts,

We have a UCMDB 2022.11 setup (writer and reader on windows) along with four probes in our production environment. Recently, we have been facing issues with population jobs. None of the population jobs are able to send tasks to the probes. The integration jobs are either stuck in their current state or not starting at all.

We attempted to restart all UCMDB servers and probes, but this did not resolve the issue. Additionally, Excel imports into UCMDB are also not working. No errors are appearing in the communication logs, which remain empty, or in the error logs.

1. Restarted all UCMDB servers (both writer and reader) and all four probes.
2. Cleared the cache and deactivated/reactivated the integration point.
3. Created a new integration point for the Excel import, but the same issue persisted.
4. Checked the logs for potential errors but did not find anything useful.

On the other hand, push jobs and discovery are working fine in the same environment.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
