While connecting to an existing schema from a secondary UCMDB. This error appears: 

com.hp.ucmdb.management.CmdbCouldNotConnectToSchemaException: Cannot connect to schemas.
Cmdb server version setting: upgrader.cmdb is = [] (therefore is different than the server version [11.8.0])
because this schema didnt pass a successful upgrade / package deployment.
