UCMDB ServiceNow integration population Job fails to populate full sync

Dear Expert,

We have integration between UCMDB and ServiceNow for Populating and Pushing CI's from UCMDB to ServiceNow and vice versa.

when we populate Business Services from ServiceNow to UCMDB we observed that not all Business Service transferred to UCMDB.

there is a huge difference in number like if we have 300 Business Service in ServiceNow we received only 50 Business Service in UCMDB.

We checked below 

1. CI Type Manager - There is no identification for Business Service CIT

2. Mapping XML - we used default xml for Business Service Population

3. Reconciliation log file - we observed below error

Error processing results: Result Contains CI without enough identification data . for details please check cmdb.reconciliation.log . the following CIs were ignored

    Hello Prasanna,

    Based on the problem described, an alternative workaround:

    Clear probe results cache: Go to the discovery job, deactivate it, right click and clear probe result cache and reactivate the job.

    However, might be best to open a Support case with us to go thru logs/info in more details in order to suggest a more suitable resolution. Hope this helps,
