Create UD agent certificate credential with CA signed certificate again

I am curious if anyone has been able to get this working? I am on 2022.05 and the CA's are not able to sign the certificates that i exported from the ucmdb UI. We have attempted to create new certs but they need a server name which it really is for the agent and not the server since i have multiple probe servers that handle the inventory discovery.
