Knowledge Doc: Assign to me does not work in the live support view

When setting up the Custom action "Assign to me", the button is also visible in the live support view, but the button does not work there, it only works in the request view. Either the button should work in the live support view, or it should not be visible there.

Service Management Automation (SMA/SMAX) 24.1
 

Situation

After you add "Assign to me" as a custom action, the action button is also visible in the live support view, but this button only works in the request view, not in the live support view.
