What to do when below error is encountered: 'failed to load ci' Log errors shows: api-gateway.AuthController failed to login ucmdb due to Unauthorized

All latest versions of SMAX
 

Situation

Users getting 'failed to load CI' message when working on the device module and issue is intermittent i.e. it occurs 20-50% time only when working on the devices. Whether it is searching for device, exporting or viewing in the list.

The error.log file in the cms gateway shows error like: api-gateway.AuthController failed to login ucmdb due to Unauthorized
Also, authentication error message in the error.log file on the UCMDB 0 and 1 pod as well... and similar sort of authentication error messages can be seen on the idm log too.
 

Cause

Inconsistent cache between SMAX platform replicas.
