Environment

SMAX 2022.11 installed on premises

Situation

user tried multi-hop upgrade from 2022.11 to 23.4. However, faced issue. CDF upgrade was successful. While trying suite upgrade but failed.

Then user tried to restore snapshots of Master, worker and NFS nodes to roll back the changes back to version 2022.11. However, faced issues after this roll back. All Kubernetes components are not showing in running state. SMAX was completely down.

Cause

DB server was not restored while OMT has been upgraded.
