SMAX Ticket Discussion Tab should show, Proper Date & Time stamp of User added comments not 15 mins Ago 1 Day , 2 Day Ago

SMAX Customer looking to see Date & time stamp in discussion tab dynamically for added recent comments for Incident/Problem/Change/Request tickets.

As per Current SMAX behavior those recent comments are showing as few second ago , 2 mins ago, 1 Hour ago, 1 day ago, etc. and date & time stamp of the discussion comments can show post 7 days only.

If the date and time stamp shown dynamically for added recent comments, in one page scroll on discussion tab , end user can able to understand the timeline better way than going inside history all the time.

 Recent comments before 7 days 

After 7 days pass
