purge/archive that delete tickets from the database

Hi,

We need the feature on purge/archive that delete tickets from the database which same as Service Manager, when purge the tickets from SM at the sametime DB data has been deleted as well. This feature is very important for customer to do data purge/archive for old records as it's not make sense to keeps add in storage to keep the data.
