The University of Milan (UniMi) strengthened SLA compliance with intuitive out of the box capabilities of SMAX. These ensured that UniMi's production deployment times were met and that internal teams could easily manage the most common management activities - such as updating the service catalog, configuring specific services, and setting up requester, user, and operator groups.
