Support Tip: SMAX Failed to run helm upgrade and update default database configuration

This article covers how to resolve the following error: 

"Failed to run helm upgrade command:
helm upgrade apphub /opt/cdf/charts/apphub-1.20.0+20211100.219.tgz --namespace core --values /tmp/updateExternalDbInfo_bak/apphub-core-values.yaml --wait --timeout 30m
Failed to update DEFAULT database configuration"

This appears when trying to create HA(High Availability) for DB using F5 as load balancer configuration.
