Dear experts, 

from a Request record when hovering over the Service field, two info will be displayed in the mini form: subtype and business criticality. I know the fields will only be displayed if they are filled, and I can't modify which field will be displayed. Correct? If so, where can I find the info about which fields will be displayed in different entities? For Actual Service I tried out to fill Asset tag, Description, the 3 support groups, but none of them will be displayed. If there is any field already configured to be displayed, I can put my content to that field. But I can't find this info neither in system nor in the documentation.
