Upgrade 24.4 tenant

while making upgrade to smax I get this error in the log file upgradeTenant.log:

2024-12-30T12:54:52.272+0200 WARNING MainThread-140371108169536 Tenant ['857561481'] skip to check upgrade status!
2024-12-30T12:54:52.272+0200 ERROR MainThread-140371108169536 Tenants [] upgrade failed!
2024-12-30T12:54:52.273+0200 ERROR MainThread-140371108169536 Tenants [] upgrade cancelled!
 
and also the TENANT UPGRADE DETAIL link is still loading 
but all the upgrade process give me success and the smax is working now with the new version what this means??
