How to create approval for M2M enterprise asset in custom module?

  • What software you are using = Opentext Service Management X (SMAX)
  • 24.4.2
  • Kubernetes / container

When records based on the enterprise asset relationship are added for a record created by the custom app, I want the system to send an Approval to the owner of the associated enterprise asset records and I want the owner to approve this approval.

more enterprise assets are added, the more approval tasks I should see in the custom app. each device should go to its own owner contact for approval.
