Set conditions for Inbound Emails

Hi Experts,

I need your help please. (SMAX 24.3)

We are configuring the Inbound Email. However we don't want every email that is sent to the email address that accepts the inbound email to create a ticket automatically. We need to set some filters to ignore some email (filters can be on the subject, or body, or the sender...). 
Also there are some emails that are being sent from out sharepoint with a specific format in the subject & based on the subject we can hardcode the categorization of the ticket. 

Can you please let me know if what i am asking for is achievable or not.
