SMAX DR setup

Dear Team, 
 We are having requirement to setup DR for ITSM SMAX. 
 
 It should be work like active and passive. 
 If we shut down the SMAX DC and turn on turn-on SMAX DR it should be operational, If any DNS configuration and DB replica we can take care. 
 
 To avoid the time frame for switching between DC to DR we would like to setup. Could you please recommend on this . 
 
 currently we are having DB DC to DR replica and will failover all application servers from DC to DR then make LB configurations and start the application. But we are seeing more time in moving servers from DC to DR so to avoid more time in application outage we are looking for best approach.

 If you have non-helm based SMAX deployment (i.e. 24.2 or previous version) then you can follow the steps from the DR solution posted in the Tips section below: (+) Building Disaster Recover (DR) cluster on another datacentre for SMAX/CMS suite (Embedded kubernetes) - SMAX Learn - OpenText Service Management Automation X 
 
 This document is created to hep community in setting up DR in active passive mode across two different datacenters (i.e. two different smax clusters) based on what I have to setup for the customer. Hope it will provide some insights how to enable it. 
 If you are on Helm base SMAX installation, I suppose it will still largely be applicable but I haven't yet tried setting up DR for newer version. As per my understanding, helm based SMAX doesn't use 'vault' from core and have its own vault, thus the steps mentioned in the doc for replacing the separate OMT installation vault with the primary vault may not be needed. Would be good if someone can confirm this understanding on the 'vault' section.
