How to sync a new CI Type from UCMDB to SMAX ?

We have SMAX-uCMDB integration through Natice SACM and we need to sync new CI Type from ucmdb to smax rather than this table :

so is there any customization from ucmdb or smax side enables us to sync CI type (A) to SMAX App (B) ?

Hi Mohamed. I think the easiest way to do this is to use the Integration Studio. There are a number of OOTB Connectors that you can use to get data from UCMDB and then use the relevant SMAX templates…

I think the easiest way to do this is to use the Integration Studio. There are a number of OOTB Connectors that you can use to get data from UCMDB and then use the relevant SMAX templates to import the data into SMAX.

I used something similar for a SMAX app were I created a TQL in UCMDB to extract the relevant data I wanted and then used the Manage (EMS) Record to import the Data into a Custom Record type I created within SMAX.
