Hi, 

Working in the Incident Module, I am trying to create a task plan for a specific incident model. I should trigger a specific task based on a selection on one of the custom drop down field. 

For example, the field is with values Yes and No. When Yes is selected, I need to trigger one task, when No is selected I need to trigger a different task. 

So far seems easy using a Decision in the Task Plan, however, the task plan is for the Initial Support phase and is triggered the moment it enters the phase, and the drop down field will be filled somewhere during the Initial Support phase. 

Is it possible to configure this with a decision or is there any other way to do this? Thanks in advance!
