Unable to submit a Request when attachments are added

SMAX version 2023.05

Currently adding a validation rule to make "Attachments Mandatory", as "After Change", when actually adding an attachment to the request a error message appears saying "Attachment should not be empty".

This was a known issue https://kmviewer.saas.microfocus.com/#/OCTCR19XW2291421 and was fixed but it doesnt seem to work.

    Hi Ryan,

    I can;t say about version 23.05 as I dont have that version available to try. Using my 24.4 environment I'm certainly able to create an Offering and set a rule within the Offering to make attachments mandatory. Then when the criteria is met the Offering is expecting an attachment to be added. That all works fine.
