Transitioning from Planning to Execution Phase – Scheduled Email (Canada Time)

Hello,

I would like to send an email when transitioning from the Planning phase to the Execution phase. However, I want this email to be sent according to Canadian time. Could you help me understand how to use the now() command for this purpose?
