In the Service Portal Mobile App. We have noticed that the articles are only visible and searchable in the Home page, they are not under the category tiles.

Is that a normal behavior. Kindly advise.

Hi Aryan,
That is correct. From the Search on the Home screen this will return any Articles that match the search criteria. So Service/Support Offerings and Articles and News will be returned as shown here:
In regards to the Category tiles these are only for Offerings both Support and Service.

While I understand that is how it might be how it is supposed to work, the normal Service Portal will show both Offerings and Knowledge Articles when you click on a Category Tile. The mobile application should mimic that behavior.
