Hide service request detail in the Service portal

In Service portal -> Your requests, the user can see the service requests they have placed. When they select a service request, the details of the service request are shown. Is it possible to change this so that the details are collapsed by default, and once the user clicks on it, the details are shown. As shown in the image below, the details are hidden. The details should be collapsed by default, and when the user clicks on it, it should expand. I have reviewed the documentation but didn't find any relevant information.

    Hi,

    I am not sure if this will fix it, but it could be the following:

    Go to Administration -> Configuration -> Service Portal Settings and then go to the Use the custom request form:

     

    Select Customized forms and click save.

    Then go to Go to Administration -> Configuration -> Studio -> Request -> Forms -> Custom

    Select the Details section and check if the Expanded option is on:



    Click save and check again if the service portal is now always showing the expanded view.
