We have requirement to make the description field searchable for users in smax for support and service offerings.
upon checking some documentation, I see that in the studio, we can make some configuration changes to make description as searchable.
can you please guide on that ?

My usecase is we want to use description field(richtext) to be used as filter in the request filter Grid as below
Is this requirement feasible? If not can we create a new searchable field and replace Description?
