Actually, in Service Manager suppose I have a list of IDs example

111, 123, 345 and so on for 120 list

I want to update (mass update) one single field for this list

I would go to search (expert search) or in (advance search by or condition) - this give me list of those 120 items, I can make a view, or I can make a mass update accordingly - any similar operation to those selected discrete/individual lists of IDs..

Such same view for one and update or view for mass items is not there in SMAX..

In filter I go and write ID in 111 or ID in 123 and so on...

Every operation cannot be handled by Postman or DB backend, so this is a critical need for our operational task

Nothing prevents you from entering a comma separated list in the ID filter, example below:

One more thing, I have a list which is suppose 500 items starts with DSK (login name), other 400 items starts with C and few 1000s 1-9. Now I need to have selection not start with DSK

these kinds of regular expression I can not write - the same flexibility as we have in SM..

The same does not work in People, Users if you can check.. but works fine in RM, IM etc

why this does not work for Device Table and Display field. Only ID field value with a comma is working not for Display Field. Any idea
