Task Target Set For Service Agreements

How do you create a Task Service Level Target Set that can be applied to Service Agreements? It is more common for a Service Request to have a task plan than a Support Request, but it seems you can only apply Task SLTs to Support Agreements? I feel like I must be missing something somewhere.

    I tested this on a Service Request with a task plan and it worked. I guess it's just not very intuitive that you would be associating a target set to a Support Agreement that applies to the task plan of a Service Request, especially because there is an agreement type specifically for service requests. If you think of Tasks as their own entity type like changes or problems, it does make more sense.
