Error when login into system "Cannot evaluate expression %1"

Hello, community!

When I login and go anywere or staying on Home Page I get the following error:

Bad arg(1) oper ~= (display,fdisp.1)

\date\

Cannot evaluate expression true in false (display,fdisp.1)

I understand that this is a scev-1 error, but I don't know what to do about it. Where should I look?
